WAYS YOU CAN GIVE
We are honored that you are considering a gift to SongwritingWith:Soldiers. We offer the following variety of ways you can help further our important mission:
Monthly Donors sustain our commitment to empowering veterans and their families through collaborative songwriting.
With your sustained monthly gift, we can invest in more songwriting retreats, reaching more veterans while bridging the gap between military and civilian life.
Your gift could be matched dollar for dollar! Many companies offer matching gift programs that will double, or even triple, a donation’s value. Check with your employer to find out if your company will match your contribution to SongwritingWith:Soldiers.
Once you have determined that your company does match donations made to SongwritingWith:Soldiers obtain the appropriate form from your Human Resources office and send it along with your gift, or call us and we will help secure the matching gift.
To commemorate special occasions—the birth of a child or grandchild, birthdays, graduation, anniversaries, weddings, or to perpetuate the memory of a loved one—SongwritingWith:Soldiers welcomes tax-deductible gifts to the Annual Fund, one of our special funds, or one of our many excellent programs.
A card will be sent, in your name, to the person you are honoring—or in the case of a memorial gift, to the family or whomever you indicate when you make your gift and we will send a formal acknowledgement to you as well.
DONOR ADVISED FUNDS
Recommend a gift to SongwritingWith:Soldiers now through your donor advised fund (DAF) using DAF Direct. A donor advised fund is a type of giving program that allows you to combine the most favorable tax benefits with the flexibility to easily support SongwritingWith:Soldiers. An increasingly popular charitable vehicle, donor advised funds are an excellent way to both simplify your charitable giving and facilitate your strategic philanthropic goals.
